First published in 1947, Flora Eldershaw and Marjorie Barnard’s dystopia was heavily cut by the government censor for its depiction of a fascist invasion, left-wing revolution and the destruction of Sydney. The first uncensored edition.

Condition: Slight curl to cover corners; crease to cover corners and top page corner, 100 pages, former owner’s name and light blue remainder stripe bottom page edges. Overall fair.
