Description
Two Thousand Weeks: the book of the film
by Tim Burstall and Patrick Ryan.
Sun Books, Melbourne, 1968.
First Edition paperback.
Book designed Mark Strizic and George Smith.
Burstall’s film about a returning, sneering expat fell flat on release. The script and stills from the film published here, much of it shot in the artie houses of Eltham, now, some fifty years later, is a sad lens on Australian bitterness at those who got away. Includes cast and production team.
Condition: Stickytaped minor damage to spine and former owner’s stamp. Otherwise in good condition for an ancient stiff board paperback. Rare.
