Description

Woman’s Day Chinese Cookery
by Ethel Brice.

Magazine.
Sungravure Ltd, NSW, 1959. 64 pp.

A sweet, syrupy introduction to Aussie Chinese.

Condition: Wear to cover and a few creases. Surprisingly only the odd stain, possibly meaning that most of these radical recipes combining a slurp of soy sauce to one and a half cups of white sugar went untasted.
